Focal point Photography is excited to announce that photographer David Armour has been awarded the title of Contemporary Portrait Photographer of the Year 2016 for the Northern Region by the Master Photographers Association. He has also received a highly commended award for classical portraiture and a merit in the classical wedding category. Fellow photographer Paul Maddison received a highly commended award in the classical wedding category along with a merit in the same category. He also picked up a merit in the contemporary wedding category.

Among their many awards, they have both received the Master Photographer Associations (MPA) highest accolade by being named the regions North East Master Photographer of the Year Award on four separate occasions.
