HOW THE FOCAL POINT PROCESS WORKS
You complete a brief by requesting a quote for your product photography by filling in our brief quote form. Photography is a subjective business, so it’s essential to have good communication with our clients before and during a shoot. Before we start your shoot we will work with you a detailed brief of exactly what you want us to deliver.
We check your brief and send you a full quote. Receive an email of our quote wherein you can accept or request changes.
You ship or drop off your products. Securely pack up your products to ensure they arrive with us safely.
Please send us your most pristine products. Our professional photo studio can receive your items for product photography from anywhere in the UK. Once your products arrive with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
We take the shots. Once your booking is confirmed our product photography team will do their thing, ensuring that your products are photographed perfectly. Our photography studio has all the equipment and tools to ensure that you are completely happy with your product images.
We’ll send your images. You view your proofs, accept and pay for them. Once we’re done, the images will go into post-production For your convenience, we upload your proofs to a private online gallery. To ensure that you are entirely happy with your product photography, we give you 24 hours to review your proofs. Accept your proofs or request additional changes. After accepting your proofs, pay your invoice. Once you’ve made your payment, we will upload high resolution and web-ready files to a private online gallery for you to view and download.
We return your products. After your product photography is paid for and completed, we’ll carefully wrap up and return your products back to you in their original packaging.
